Jamal Satli Iglesias, together with Marriott International and Aimbridge Hospitality, announce a landmark all-inclusive resort in the Riviera Maya
Riviera Maya, Mexico – May 21, 2026. Jamal Satli Iglesias, president of the real estate fund Grupo Satli, together with Marriott International and Aimbridge Hospitality, announced today the launch of an international project in the Riviera Maya (Mexico), consolidating the three companies’ position in the all-inclusive resort segment.
The 980-room resort will be operated by Aimbridge’s division specializing in all-inclusive hotels. It is expected to operate as an independent brand prior to its transition to Marriott All-Inclusive Hotels in 2027. At the same time, it strengthens Marriott Hotels & Resorts’ growing all-inclusive portfolio in the country, which includes Marriott Cancun, An All-Inclusive Resort, in northern Cancun.
As Jamal Satli Iglesias, president of the Satli Group, notes:

A Flagship Resort in the Riviera Maya
The resort, owned by Grupo Satli as a hotel real estate investment fund, will be located on a 180-hectare site with 400 linear meters of beachfront and will offer a wide range of facilities and services designed to provide a unique experience. It will feature 13 food and beverage outlets, 12 swimming pools and expansive water areas, a large spa, more than 4,000 m² of indoor meeting and event spaces, a Lazy River, two tennis courts, and a variety of leisure and entertainment facilities.
Aimbridge Hospitality, recognized as the leading hotel management company with an extensive global portfolio, will be responsible for operating the resort. Aimbridge was selected for its knowledge of the Mexican market and its experience managing all-inclusive tourism properties to international standards, achieving high levels of guest satisfaction and optimizing profitability for owners.
The addition of this property complements the portfolio that Aimbridge operates under Marriott brands in Latin American cities such as Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Puebla, Playa del Carmen, and Tulum.
