Aimbridge Hospitality announced the appointment of Alex Fiz as president of the LATAM and All-Inclusive Divisions, effective March 2, 2026, following the retirement of Leandro Castillo, who will step down on February 28 and serve as an advisor during the transition.

With more than 34 years of experience in the hospitality industry and a distinguished track record in operations and the all-inclusive segment at Marriott International, Alex will lead Aimbridge’s strategic growth in Latin America and in this important leisure segment internationally.
