Davide Preziuso: Culinary Vision and Strategic Leadership in Luxury Hospitality.

Aimbridge LATAM adds Davide Preziuso to its executive team as Director of Food & Beverage for LATAM & All-Inclusive.

With over 24 years of international experience, Davide brings a solid culinary vision forged in luxury hotels and fine dining restaurants in Italy, Switzerland, France, and Mexico, strengthening our gastronomic strategy in the region.

He has led the gastronomic proposal of the Andaz Mexico City Condesa hotel, where he oversees the operations of its four consumption centers, as well as the banquet and events area. He has also led the standardization projects for Hyatt Inclusive Collection’s consumption centers.

Originally from Bari, Italy, Davide began his training in elite establishments such as the Palace Hotel Bari and the Hotel Relais & Châteaux Il Melograno.

He is a graduate of the Perotti Alberghiero Institute with a specialization in gastronomy and food and beverage management, training that he complemented with studies in business economics and hotel administration, which gives him a comprehensive and strategic vision of the hospitality sector.

With a solid 16-year career in Mexico, he has been distinguished as “Ambassador of Italian Cuisine in the World” by the Italian Academy of Cuisine. His experience with the Hyatt group exceeds five years, serving in key roles such as Executive Chef at Hyatt Ziva Cancún—where he managed the implementation of service standards during the pandemic—and at Hyatt Regency Mexico City.

Previously, he consolidated his leadership at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts.

Beyond operational excellence, Preziuso is an expert in strategic management and financial optimization, specializing in menu engineering, cost control, and process standardization.

His professional approach combines culinary mastery with an active dedication to talent development and mentoring multidisciplinary teams.

Based in Mexico City, Davide balances his professional rigor with personal interests in motors, travel, and photography.
